it is very very cold outside but i went to my weight watchers meeting anyway! i lost 5.8 pounds putting my loss back to 40.8 pounds down!
i know it’s basically all bloat weight but i still feel really good about it!
i ate a clementine (0) during my meeting and then made lunch by rolling up a light laughing cow wedge (1) with coleslaw mix (0) and 2 oz of ham (2) wrapped up in a tortilla (4)!
i bought the ww collapsible measuring cups and two boxes of pop chip things so i’m set with snacks for a while. my mom (who does ww online) found the recipe for caramel apple salad and we’ll be having that later!
When you embark on a journey, it becomes a part of you. Inevitably, it changes you, both physically and mentally. My mental/emotional state has 100% changed along with my outward appearance this past year. Less panic attacks. Less anxiety in general. Little to no depression. No more binge/purging. Just a hell of a lot more ruing, walking (helps with anxiety, trust me), and treating my body with the respect and love it deserves.
To all those who made resolutions in 2014, you can do it. I made a resolution in 2013 and I can tell you with certainty that you can do this. Believe in yourself; remember to love and respect your body and the changes will happen both physically and mentally.
Just love yourself, and your body will love you back. xx
